Donald Trump Indicted Again For Efforts To Overturn 2020 Presidential Election

Donald Trump has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Washington D.C. on four criminal counts in a special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into efforts to overturn the 2020 election

The four criminal charges included in Trump’s third indictment are conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights. Trump is facing serious prison time with this indictment.
